7-8 large prawns, cleaned and finely chopped
1 onion, ground to a fine paste
1 bsp ginger garlic paste
1 small green chilli , finely chopped
1 tsp white pepper powder
Salt, to taste
Oil, for frying
1 cup gramflour
1 cup bread crumbs
In a small bowl, stir together the egg, onion paste, garlic paste, chilli, and pepper powder .Season to taste with salt. Stir well and add the prawns.Mix well for the seasoning to coat . Refrigerate to marinate for 1 hour.
In a wok, heat the oil for frying.
In another bowl, combine the gramflour and bread crumbs. Season to taste with salt.
Dip the marinated prawns in the flour-bread crumb mixture.
Carefully add the prawns to the hot oil and deep fry till golden.
Serve hot with ketchup.
